When
bringing in your pet for a
checkup please remember they may
be a little uneasy about new
people and animals. This is one
of the reasons we ask that you
restrain your pet before coming
into the hospital.
We suggest that animals be
placed on a leash or in a pet
carrier before entering the
waiting room. Your pet and
others in the waiting area will
appreciate the extra care. We
offer two separate waiting areas
for your pet's comfort.
If
you think your pet may have a
contagious disease, please call
us at 989-781-3600 with the
details. We may wish to have you
wait in a free exam room rather
than expose other animals to the
problems.
Payment
is expected at the time
services are rendered, or upon
discharge for hospitalized
patients. For your convenience
we gladly accept cash, personal
checks, VISA and MasterCard.
Monthly billing options are
possible in select instances,
but these must be authorized
in advance.
We
make every effort to maintain
fair and reasonable fees
consistent with the services
provided. An estimate of
proposed services is available
upon request. We will consult
with you if any changes in a
diagnostic or therapeutic plan
are needed which will either
increase the risk to your pet or
alter the estimated fees.
To
allow ample time for all
patients and scheduled surgical
procedures, we see patients by
appointment only.
Like
humans, pets do not synchronize
their illnesses with our
appointment book; and surgical
procedures sometimes take longer
than planned, so an occasional
appointment delay is inevitable.
Please realize that we make a
sincere attempt to see each
client on time. A phone call is
appreciated if an appointment
needs to be rescheduled.
